Down The Street Designs for LA Metro

Down The Street Designs worked with LA Metro and Bubba’s Chop Shop to develop 4 character-driven stories that depict how the LA Metro's Regional Connector helps riders connect, commute, and explore. They had the honor of bringing these stories to life, infusing them with elements unique to Los Angeles. Alongside LA Metro and Bubba’s Chop Shop, DTS helped Mika reunite with her grandma, joined Michael and Elena on their commutes to school and work, and witness Taylor get one step closer to her musical dream.

Part I: Mika

Mika and her Grandma used to hang out all the time, driving all around LA in Grandma’s 1985 sedan. But Grandma doesn’t drive anymore, so it’s been hard for them to see each other. Luckily, with LA Metro’s new Regional Connector, Mika and Grandma can continue to hang out and enjoy their favorite hobbies: exploring and eating!
